No consciousness that takes advantage of other consciousness with weaker mind is free. Difference is like between “owning a child” and “guiding a child”. Such “playing God” sooner or later meets divine force that strikes, usually with disease, on the level others were owned or manipulated. Remaining unconscious of it does not free from consequences, although in each moment every one is free and can chose not to repeat that self killing mistake.
